Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects, assisting in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading, stormwater, erosion control, culvert, and pavement design.
- Engage in the permitting process and interact with multidisciplinary internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements set by the project managers based on client needs.Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.Interface directly with the client or sub-consultants under the direction of the Engineering Manager.Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients.Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines and project team.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Licensed PE or active pursuit of registration.Thorough understanding of civil site development (site plans, permitting, grading, stormwater management).Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship.Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.Minimum of 5 years related work experience.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screening as required by applicable laws.Certifications
Licensed Professional Engineer or be in active pursuit of registration.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion.Typical office / home office environment with physical demands including sitting, talking, and keyboard input.May require travel to local and regional client sites.Salary Plan and Job Grade
ENG : Engineering – Job Grade 016 – Annual compensation range $114,933.00 - $201,080.00.
