Florida Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal Property Damage and Subrogation to support their legal team in managing insurance-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and review claims-related documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings and settlement agreements

Organize case files and act as a liaison between the claims department, attorneys, and clients

Required Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field

Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property and casualty insurance

Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and Florida legal procedures

Bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus
