Exhibit leadership by promoting cooperative effort between staff and physicians. Provides overall administrative direction and coordination for clinical policies, procedures and programs. Participates in the analysis, planning and strategic formation of clinical program goals. Analyzes practice operations and activities and will develop and/or recommend supporting policies and procedures.
