We’re seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join a respected firm in Northern California . This position offers the flexibility of a mostly remote schedule while allowing you to handle engaging and impactful labor and employment defense cases.

The ideal candidate will have :

Experience representing employers or employees in labor and employment matters

Strong knowledge of California labor laws , compliance, and workplace regulations

Excellent research, writing, and case management skills

Confidence handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice

Active license to practice law in California
