Resource Development Coordinator

General Position Summary : The Resource Development Coordinator is responsible for researching, developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and government entities to secure funding for organizational programs and initiatives. This position also supports fundraising activities, donor stewardship, and community engagement efforts to advance the mission and strategic goals of the organization. The role requires strong writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate the organization's mission and impact to diverse stakeholders. This position performs duties with minimal supervision and requires a high level of initiative and independent judgment in researching, writing, and managing grants. Decisions are made within established organizational policies but require the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs. Errors in judgment or missed deadlines may impact funding opportunities and donor relationships, making accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism essential.
This role has a Monday ' Friday schedule with weekends as needed. Salary : $55,000 ' $66,000 per year (depending on experience).
