Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse - Rehab Schedule Night shift : 3x12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) with weekend coverage required every other weekend (Saturday / Sunday). Holidays may be required. This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior charge experience in a rehab setting, with a focus on managing a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or treatments. Conduct assessments and implement individualized care plans. Monitor vital signs and interpret dysrhythmias. Manage medications, including anticoagulants, diuretics, and other relevant therapies. Assist with various procedures such as NG tube insertion and PEG tube management. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a rehab setting. Current BLS certification is preferred. Experience with patient ratio of 1 : 15.
