Job Summary

We are seeking a Trust Funding Coordinator to help clients successfully transfer their assets into their trusts. This role is essential to ensuring that estate plans are not only well-crafted, but fully implemented. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable guiding clients through financial and legal processes with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customized funding instructions based on each clients Asset Detail Report (ADR)
• Educate clients on how to retitle accounts, update beneficiaries, and transfer assets into their trust
• Monitor for verification of funding and follow up with financial institutions as needed
• Witness the signing of estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
• Coordinate the sending of signed documents to clients and relevant parties
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure funding aligns with the clients estate plan
• Maintain accurate records of funding progress and client communications

Requirements

• Prior experience in estate planning, financial services, or legal administration preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfort with handling sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal or CRM software is a plus
