Tire Service Technician

This position is both in shop and possibly on site work. Mechanical ability is a plus, but will train the right person.
Heavy lifting, must be willing to work full time M-F 8-4:30. Must have a valid NYS drivers license. As a tire service technician at Specialty tire you will be working for a tire company that has been in the industry for 40 years. We specialize in tire replacement for most types of material handling equipment, and are the
go to company in our area.
Responsibilities

• tire replacement
• inspect tire for damage and assess
• interact with customers and make recommendations
• make repairs or replace tire as needed
• maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher recommended
• Prior tire service experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work Monday-Friday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety
