Position Summary : The MED-SURG is responsible for delivering direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
