Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP)Overview :
As an Adult Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to clients with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. You will conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, along with one year of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities :
Participate in the delivery of clinical services for adults and familiesAssess and document client needs for mental health and / or substance abuse servicesProvide individual and group therapyWork collaboratively with other professionals and service providersMaintain all contractual and licensure requirementsParticipate in supervision, meetings, and case consultationsComplete clinical records and agency documentation promptlyFollow the professional code of ethicsCoordinate effective discharge planningComplete required training in mental health and substance use disordersPerform other duties as neededSchedule and Shift Details :
Monday through Thursday, 8 : 30 am to 7 pm, and Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 pm.Evening hours will be required and determined based on program needs.Travel :
Occasional local travel.Mileage Reimbursement provided.
