Job descriptionFamily Medicine Physician Location : Albany, GA Provides medical services in the general care and treatment of patients in the health center. Diagnoses and treats illnesses or diseases of the patients, instructs patients in their proper care and treatment alternatives, and instructs medical support staff as needed. See patients of all ages Schedule : M-F - 8am to 5pm. Zero Weekends or Holidays! Daily Volume : 20 per day 100% Outpatient Clinic Care Excellent work life balance and physician support Excellent Comp Structure with Income Guarantees Up to $100K Sign on Bonus!! Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Paid Holidays / Vacation, Sick and CME Time - 6 Weeks total time off 403B retirement plan CME Allowance : 5 Days and $3.5K Relocation Allowance : $5K if in state or $10K if out of state Tax Deferred Annuity Plan Malpractice Insurance at No Cost (FTCA) Loan Repayment Program Eligibility - NHSC ($75K forgiven in the first two years!) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Ability to hold and maintain Georgia State License At least 1 year of experience post training
