About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 10-year-old female child in the Uniontown area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Diabetes care

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule : Full Time

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric care experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered

Reliable transportation
