Hamilton Health Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations and lead a team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Clinical Director will supervise site managers, ensure regulatory compliance, support quality improvement initiatives, and promote operational excellence across multiple departments. This role is ideal for a results-driven healthcare professional with strong leadership skills, a background in community-based health settings, and a passion for advancing equitable care for all.

What You'll Do :
Direct and supervise site managers, enhancing productivity and customer service.Determine nursing services staffing needs for optimal patient care.Oversee peer review processes and annual performance evaluations to ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with quality and clinical personnel to meet Joint Commission standards and CMS-defined quality initiatives.Lead process improvements for patient safety and operational efficiency.Identify and implement information system upgrades and new EMR rollouts.Develop clinical budgets and monitor productivity against targets.Make recommendations for capital expenditures, ensuring safe equipment availability.Assist Human Resources in staff recruitment, job description development, and continuing education programs.Develop and update clinical policies and procedures and provide education on clinical issues.Monitor patient / employee satisfaction through surveys and implement action plans for improvement.Investigate and report patient clinical complaints as per organizational policies.Collaborate with various departments to integrate services and further the mission of the health center.Ensure smooth departmental operation, advising on facilities / equipment purchases and repairs.Analyze financial and performance data, implementing action plans for improvement.Monitor clinic staff adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.Demonstrate commitment to workplace values and support a great workplace culture.Work within defined parameters to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.Travel to service areas as needed and perform other duties to support the organization's mission.Requirements :
Healthcare Knowledge : Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in a community-based health organizationSupervisory Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in a community clinic or related healthcare facility required.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in basic data entry computer skills.Strong Interpersonal Skills : Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Team Player : An industrious and cooperative nature to foster harmonious working relationships with clinic management, physicians, clinicians, and the public.Education : Registered Nurse or CRNP with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare AdministrationLicense : Valid and unblemished Pennsylvania Nursing License or CRNP LicensePreferred Qualifications :
Master’s DegreePrior FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) experienceKnowledge of The Joint Commission regulationsBilingual in Spanish, Nepali, FrenchAbout Hamilton Health Center
