Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit focused on caring for patients undergoing :

Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.

Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.

Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program .

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate RNs to learn cutting-edge neurosurgical techniques at the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).

Major Responsibilities :

Delivering and coordinating comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.

Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.

Utilizing clinical judgment and communication skills for optimal patient outcomes.

Engaging with patients and families in care planning and treatment processes.

Continuously evaluating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs.

Participating actively in patient safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications :

Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Graduation from an accredited Nursing program with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
