Who We Need :

You have successfully led multiple complex projects in the multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial sectors, from early concept through construction.

You bring technical rigor and precision to your work, while also engaging in high-level design dialogue that elevates the Firm's output.

You confidently navigate all phases of design and documentation—SD, DD, CDs, and CA—driving projects forward with clarity, accountability, and purpose.

You excel in collaborative environments, effectively managing consultant teams and coordinating across disciplines to achieve seamless project delivery.

You are equally comfortable presenting to clients, negotiating with stakeholders, and leading internal project teams with authority and professionalism.

You are motivated by impact—delivering exceptional architecture while mentoring and developing the next generation of design talent.

What You'll Do :

As our Level III Architect, you take full ownership of projects from kickoff through closeout. You don't just manage production—you direct it, setting the standard for design quality, technical precision, and client satisfaction. You lead coordination with consultants, drive project schedules and budgets, and cultivate lasting client relationships built on trust and results. This role demands both vision and execution : you translate bold design ideas into built realities that reflect the best of our practice. You also serve as a mentor and trusted resource, guiding junior staff through complex technical challenges, elevating their documentation, and shaping them into future leaders.
