Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03 / hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

OSF Rehabilitation at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Group is a hospital-based department that provides therapy services to inpatients and outpatients. This team consists of a fun and diverse group! We have therapists and assistants who specialize in a variety of areas including but not limited to : aquatic therapy, orthopedics, pediatrics, LSVT Big (Parkinson's disease) and other neurological diagnoses, vestibular problems, balance, and concussion management. Our occupational therapists enjoy seeing patients with orthopedic diagnosis from the shoulder to the hand, neurological diagnosis, lymphedema, and pediatric patients who may have sensory dysfunction, feeding and eating issues and developmental delay. A clinic focused on evidence-based practice, teamwork and collaboration creates a positive environment for both patients and co-workers.

OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education : Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure / Certification : Respective state license in Physical Therapy or has graduated successfully from a professional program, is in receipt of Authorization to Test Letter, is scheduled to test within 60 days of eligibility, and has not failed the licensure exam. After passing licensure exam, state license must be verifiable within one year of hire. CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Other Skills / Knowledge : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
