Your Role

We’re seeking a motivated, people-loving provider who’s ready to blend clinical care with creativity and community. You’ll have the flexibility to lean into your area of expertise—whether that’s pelvic health, orthopedic rehabilitation, or performance training—and still be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that believes in whole-person wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 55–60 minute one-on-one sessions (approximately 30 patients / week)
• Guide clients through individualized care plans (typically 12–15 sessions)
• Treat across the lifespan—from teen athletes to postpartum moms to active adults
• Collaborate with other providers to optimize outcomes and share clinical insight
• Blend manual therapy, corrective exercise, and patient education for sustainable results
• Engage in community outreach, partnerships, and wellness education
• Contribute to our social media and content education efforts (training provided!)
• Support clients in identifying their Deep Why to foster commitment and motivation
• Confidently discuss and offer care packages and membership programs
• Embrace our team-oriented, growth-focused, and wellness-centered culture
