Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects, including casinos, hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring project objectives are met with high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and any potential issues.
• Utilize Procore and other project management tools to document and track project activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
