Location and Hours of Position

The general office hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM - 5PM.

The position is located in Sharon, PA

Compensation

Starting at $16 per hour. PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Position Overview

• Carefully review and update patients' clinical health records for PHN service locations by generating reports and identifying data that needs to be manually entered into the patient's flowsheet / clinical list.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate manually entry
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information.
• Assist with document management projects as needed.
