The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. As a Functional Area Project Management (FAPM) Lead Engineer, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for multiple tooling installation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for project planning, execution, and tooling installation across projects.
• Oversee the installation of complex industrial tooling systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders to secure repeat business.
• Identify and mitigate high-level risks across the project portfolio, implementing strategies to ensure success.
• Review and approve project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
