We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedReal Estate Sales Coach to inspire, guide, and support productive real estate agents. This role is instrumental in driving further agent productivity, professional growth, and retention through hands-on coaching, training programs, and strategic development initiatives. The ideal candidate is very outgoing, has an abundance of positive energy, is passionate about the real estate industry, a skilled communicator, and a proactive leader with a deep understanding of real estate sales, market dynamics, and success strategies with the ability to develop and deliver training programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Agent Sales Coaching

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to producing agents at all production levels (producing agents, not a new agent mentor program)
  • Identify skill gaps and tailor development plans to improve performance
  • Set performance goals and accountability metrics with individual agents

Training & Curriculum Development

  • Work with the Learning & Development department to design, deliver, and continuously improve agent training programs (sales strategies, lead generation, contract negotiation, etc.)
  • Host regular workshops, masterminds, and productivity clinics
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training with brokerage goals and market trend
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track agent progress and productivity using KPIs and CRM tools
  • Provide monthly coaching summaries and development reports to leadership
  • Recommend interventions or recognition strategies based on agent performance data.
  • Culture & Community Building

  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through leadership and engagement
  • Serve as a motivational presence and cultural ambassador within the brokerage
  • Encourage agent participation in community initiatives and brokerage events
  • Resource Development & Support

  • Curate and provide resources, scripts, templates, and business planning tools
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and best practices
  • Support adoption of brokerage tools, technology, and systems
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven success as a real estate agent or team leader
  • Proven ability to design and deliver agent centric curriculum
  • Prior experience in coaching, training, or leadership roles within real estate
  • Highly motivational personality, Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven
  • Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and strategic thinking
