Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Surveillance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveillance operations to detect and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical, signals, and technical surveillance operations to detect and identify potential security threats.
• Utilize various surveillance techniques, including foot, vehicle, and technical surveillance.
• Install, maintain, and operate technical surveillance equipment.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential indicators of security risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information, facilities, and equipment.
• Observe and document activities accurately and discreetly, including preparing clear, concise reports and detailed surveillance logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and track security incidents.
• Provide training and support to team members on surveillance procedures, methodologies, and equipment usage.
• Stay current with advancing technologies and techniques in technical surveillance.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to remain informed on emerging threats and relevant new technologies.

Required Clearance : Must have active ISSA-TS / SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.
