Job Coach

An ESS Job Coach will assist the Transition Coordinator in preparing students to be work ready.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Valid NJ criminal history letter
• Direct experience with students who have extensive challenges in the areas of emotional and behavioral regulation, hygiene and self-help, attention and engagement, and learning.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work well with students, staff, parents, and administration.
