1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment as a General / Store ManagerStore Operations experience with analysis, planning, financial acumen and driving resultsExperience creating a customer centric environment and working in a consultative selling environment that provides customers a total solutionExperience developing a team in operational excellence to drive profitable year-over-year sales and marginsAbility to lead and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environmentManage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative mannerAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business informationAbility to lift / move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuouslyPreferred skills and experience :
