Processing Lead – Bridge Fabrication

Why This Role Matters :

Your expertise will ensure bridge components are fabricated with precision, efficiency, and consistency. Operating and optimizing advanced fabrication equipment, you’ll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into real-world structures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program, set up, and operate fabrication equipment including CNC plasma cutters, Voortman, Wheelabrator, and Scotsman machines
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to plan work sequences
• Handle, move, and stage parts; remove and dispose of scrap material
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Maintain detailed material usage records and support workflow optimization
• Coordinate with other departments to align on production needs and priorities
