Job Description

Accounting Manager Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage payroll for upwards of 50 employees
• Manage the Wisconsin sales and income taxes
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.
