Technical It Director

American Systems, an employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Technical IT Director with an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and current polygraph to provide both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to ensure continuous, secure, and reliable IT operations for our government customer's critical national security missions in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

As a Technical IT Director, you will :

• Direct day-to-day IT operations supporting the customer's acquisition support mission.
• Engage in hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and resolving complex IT system and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate closely with Information Assurance, Service Desk, and Software Development teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Oversee the continuous integration and deployment of software updates.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled IT Engineers on new and ongoing technical projects.
• Manage personnel development, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional growth among American Systems employee-owners.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
