This entry-level management role is designed to develop futureleaders in the assisted living field by providing hands-on experience in allaspects of facility operations. You willassist with and eventually lead a great team of your own!

As anMIT, you will experience leadership in large and small communities and withineach department. Our Assisted Living communities are licensed as ResidentialCare Apartment Complex (DHS 89) and / or Community Based Residential Services (DHS83).

This position offers the chance to make a positive impact inthe lives of seniors while gaining the knowledge and skills to eventually leadan assisted living community. We will discuss the timeline of training with candidates at interview, anticipating 6-12 months of training and progressive leadership within our communities. Successful trainees will be considered top candidates for future leadership and management vacancies within Eagle Crest Communities.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with our Campus Administrators, Facility andProgram Managers, and Department Heads
• Assist in the daily operations of the facility to ensurequality care and regulatory compliance
• Work alongside caregiving teams to support residenthealth, satisfaction, and individualized care
• Learn about and perform staff hiring, training,scheduling, and management
• Participate in financial oversight, budgeting, andidentifying cost-saving initiatives
• Help maintain compliance with state and federalregulations, including during drills, inspections, and audits
• Collaborate with marketing to attract new residents andmaintain occupancy
