Key Responsibilities
Lead a global HR team supporting over 2,000 employees and contingent workers
Develop and implement HR vision and strategy to support the company's business goals
Manage all aspects of Global Human Resource policies, practices, and operations
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or related Master's degree preferred
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global roles
8+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies with significant revenue
Experience in key HR areas such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement
Proven track record of developing scalable HR programs in large, international organizations
