This assignment is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Short Term Rehabilitation setting, providing an excellent opportunity to positively impact the lives of a geriatric patient population. As a PTA clinician, you will be responsible for delivering essential physical therapy services as part of a comprehensive care team. Location : Gillette, WY Facility Type : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Short Term Rehab Start Date : November 16th, 2025 Length of Assignment : Approximately 13 Weeks (520 Expected Hours) State License Needed : Wyoming PT license Schedule : Monday to Friday, five 8-hour shifts, typically from approximately 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
