Job Description
Do you love numbers and building processes? Are you curious about how Visa bills its clients for products and services? We are looking for a dynamic team member to join the Global Data Office Product Operations team as we migrate over 100M annual global revenue to a new, automated billing system.
This is a unique opportunity and calls for an ambitious, hard-working, highly analytical professional. This position will have direct access and exposure to senior leaders and will participate in the analysis, execution, and presentation of key project deliverables.
The Billing Operations Analyst will play a vital role within the Global Data Office, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes. This position is responsible for analyzing billing data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions to optimize billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities may include :
- Billing Analysis : Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement : Evaluate current billing procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Process Migration : Oversee data migration to new automated billing system, configure and validate product and client pricing.
- Reporting : Generate and distribute billing reports to management and other stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaboration : Work closely with finance, regional product, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless billing operations and address any issues that arise.
- Compliance : Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing processes, procedures, and any changes implemented.

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : 2 years of experience in billing operations, finance, or accounting.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn web-based tools.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
