The facility is equipped with 3 robotic surgical systems, and the team is open to accommodating a urologist with robotic surgery skills if desired.

Work-Life Balance :

Maintain a healthy work-life balance with a predictable schedule of 1-2 weekend shifts per month (typically Thursday / Friday AM to Monday AM).

Potential for Permanent Position :

This role is open to locum tenens physicians seeking a more permanent arrangement.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to on-call situations during assigned weekend shifts, providing consultations and interventions for hospitalized patients with urologic conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and round on patients assigned to the urology service.
• Perform essential urologic procedures and surgeries as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with the on-call team, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the facility's electronic medical records system.

Qualifications for Success :

Current board certification in Urology is mandatory.
