Al Warren Oil is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our Chicago Terminal team. This individual will manage day-to-day scheduling and routing of fuel and lubricant deliveries, ensuring accuracy, safety, and outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily fuel, lubricant, and DEF deliveries to commercial, industrial, and fleet customers.
- Dispatch company drivers and tank wagons for local and regional routes while maintaining efficient routing to maximize productivity.
- Communicate closely with drivers to provide load details, delivery instructions, and route changes as needed.
- Monitor delivery progress using GPS and dispatch software to ensure on-time service and respond promptly to changes or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities, including delivery confirmations, driver hours, and order documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth scheduling, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Support compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service when addressing questions, changes, or emergencies related to deliveries.
Requirements
Previous dispatch experience in fuel, lubricant, or transportation operations preferred.Working knowledge of dispatch systems, routing, and GPS tracking software.Strong understanding of Chicago-area geography and surrounding Midwest regions.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive logistics.Flexible with schedule able to assist during off-hours or emergencies as needed.A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.Benefits
