Paying Agent Specialist

A company is looking for a Paying Agent Specialist, responsible for the disbursement of payments to contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Review partial payment requests

Communicate with service providers to ensure proper documentation is submitted

Answer telephone calls and respond to contractor inquiries regarding PAS processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of AA / AS or equivalent education required

2+ years of customer service experience with accounting / banking-related duties

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Desire to participate in the creation and execution of processes and procedures
