Litigation Associate Attorney - Construction Law

Magaziner Law, P.A., a Construction Law and Civil Litigation firm in Dunedin, FL, seeks a qualified litigation associate to join its ranks. The ideal candidate should have two or more years’ experience in insurance defense or civil litigation and familiarity with billable hours / time tracking requirements. Experience in construction litigation or in the construction field is a plus, though not required.

• be a member of the Florida Bar Association in good standing;
• be able to commute to the office each workday (with remote opportunities);
• be able to travel as required for court appearances, client meetings, and site inspections, etc.;
• have strong analytical, grammatical, research, and communication skills.
