Job Overview :

Advocate Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Internal Float Pool. In this role, you will experience variety, challenge, and growth while floating between different units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Hours Per Week : 36

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Work Schedule :

• Self-Scheduled
• 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
• 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule
• 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

Training & Growth :

As an RN in our Float Pool, you will receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and will have opportunities for Charge Nurse cross-training.

What You'll Do :

• Float between various units delivering exceptional care
• Adapt to different unit workflows and maintain clinical excellence
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment

Qualifications :

• Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (preferred 2 years )
• Flexibility to work per the schedule mentioned
