• Schedule : M-F, 8-5; Call 1 : 3, Friday noon-Friday noon
• Patient Volume : 10 patients / day on avg
• Beeper call but patients scheduled during the week day office hours with a lighter schedule.
• Procedures : EMG machine, Outpatient EEG, In office injections
• Support Staff : Part time staff & Other Locums
• EMR : Cerner
• Requirements : BC, BE, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, AHA, Will wait for WI license
• Credentialing : 60 days, Temp privs available
