Summary :
The Director of Global Controllership Projects reports to the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer of NFP Corp. They are responsible for the operations of the Accounting Department, which flows from the processing of cash receipts through the generation and review of Financial Statements. The responsibilities include planning, organizing, managing and preparing a variety of related financial analyses and reports, with wide latitude for independent judgment, discretion and decision‑making. Establish internal controls, and revise as necessary, to ensure the proper accounting and safeguarding of the Company’s assets. Responsible for ensuring that processes adhere to set standards, as well as ensuring that the financial data presentation complies with current GAAP accounting and reporting requirements. Must establish and maintain good lines of communication with other Company personnel impacting Accounting operations. Manage and assist subordinate staff in accounting for difficult and complex financial transactions. Assist the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer with other matters, as necessary.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $115,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
