Veolia Nuclear Solutions Federal Services is looking for Civil / Structural Engineers. In this position, professionals will develop detailed designs and analysis of civil and structural components for industrial and nuclear applications. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who possess the ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment using excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating in multidiscipline design teams to develop detailed designs.
• Working under the direction of a Principal Engineer :
• Prepare design drawings, design calculations, fabrication and construction specifications to meet design criteria and objectives.
• Review and evaluate customer-provided design criteria, interpret and apply design codes and standards to ensure design products conform to consensus standards.
• Development and / or review of design documents and drawings that will be issued for construction.
