About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator position requires positivity and energy, attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and a strong devotion to focus, with the ultimate goal of cultivating and protecting the clients experience. This position will collaborate closely with other departments, including the advisor team, to deliver exceptional service to our diverse clientele. This position is classified as Full-Time / Non-Exempt.

As the Client Service Coordinator, you will

• Manage tasks and priorities via a Salesforce Task Queue. Main tasks youll be responsible for are death claims (rare but extensive), distributions, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), beneficiary changes, address changes, general client servicing, and taking care of our clients.
• Communicate with our team on the status of tasks via electronic and in-person means, along with following up on working items to ensure client needs are being met
• Youll track your progress and completion via notes and details in Salesforce.
• Interact with clients over the phone, via e-mail, and in person
• Provide professional and relational customer service to our firms clients
• Proactively strive to improve the systems and processes within the office and the overall client experience
