About The Position

Job Summary

Directs, plans organizes and evaluates staff and activities of Sterile Processing in compliance with Department of Health, TJC, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, AORN Standards and facility goals and policies. Coordinates the day-to-day operations regarding the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience
• Min 2 -3 years of management experience required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Certified Sterile Processing Technician Required (CSPT)
• Vocational School Graduate
