We are currently seeking a Catering & Events Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. In this role, you’ll be the creative force and organizational hub behind the Club’s social calendar and private events. You’ll collaborate across departments to plan member events, manage inquiries and private bookings, and lead the Club’s event logistics using TripleSeat software - all while ensuring an elevated, memorable experience for our members and guests.

Unlike a traditional banquet operations role, this position focuses on planning, coordination, and creativity - not hands-on event setup or breakdown. You’ll have the opportunity to design experiences that align with our culture, strengthen member engagement, and continue our tradition of excellence.

What You’ll Do

Plan and coordinate social and member events that reflect the Club’s culture and seasonal offerings.

Manage private event inquiries, contracts, tastings, and BEOs through TripleSeat.

Lead weekly BEO meetings to align Culinary, Service, and Operations teams.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to design menus and experiences.

Partner with Marketing to promote events and enhance member engagement.

Maintain accurate event details, billing, and post-event reports.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of event planning or catering experience (private club, resort, or boutique venue preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A creative mindset with a polished, professional presence.

Experience using TripleSeat or similar event management software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
