Senior Affiliate Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of affiliate and partner marketing programs, serving as the primary contact for high-growth clients

Analyze program data to identify trends and recommend optimizations, while ensuring compliance and technical support

Collaborate with affiliate leadership to implement best practices and provide mentorship to junior team members

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in affiliate, performance, or partner marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy

Demonstrated success in managing high-growth client portfolios and achieving strategic results

Experience with the affiliate ecosystem, including network tools and partner development

Proficient in data analysis using Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with presentation tools

Previous mentoring or management experience is a plus, along with a desire to develop talent
