Manage changes of ownership and disclosure updates as part of the enrollment process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proficient in PC and Windows environment, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Advanced data entry and quality entry skills

Strong phone communication skills for resolving inquiries from providers, clients, and vendors

Able to multitask effectively and resolve complex issues

Strong planning and organizational skills
