We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Owasso, Oklahoma. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment managing payroll operations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a workforce of fewer than 500 employees while adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of payroll for employees across four states.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Utilize Paychex software to process payroll, generate reports, and manage employee data.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently, providing excellent support to employees.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline payroll procedures and enhance workflow.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax filings and end-of-year documentation.
• Monitor and analyze payroll trends to recommend improvements and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Address multi-state payroll complexities and maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
