Your Role : As a Patient Care Technician, you will be an integral part of our nursing team, delivering hands-on care that prioritizes patient comfort and safety. Your role will involve :
Assisting patients with mobility, transfers, and comfort to ensure smooth procedures and recovery.Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.Maintaining a clean and organized environment in patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces.Managing supplies and equipment to support the team's readiness and infection control measures.Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and the care team to promote a culture of safety and quality care.Qualifications Needed :
