smartdept. is searching for a UX / UI Writer / Content Designer for a healthcare industry client located in Deerfield, IL (open to remote). The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is a full-time, fully remote (with a strong preference for candidates local to Deerfield or Chicago), long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension.

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with Product Development, Stakeholders, Researchers, Clinical, Legal, and UI / UX Design teams to ensure all content is on-brand, clear, friendly, and concise
• Stay current in assigned areas to effectively represent the brand
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and internal details to ensure timely delivery
• Participate in and facilitate meetings to understand business goals and objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or roadblocks
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure language consistency across all user touchpoints, including :
