Job description

$500  SIGN-ON BONUS!!!

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate care plans with providers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Verify patient insurance and assist with prior authorizations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EMR system.
  • Take and record vital signs.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Hours :

  • Part-time hours
  • 3 - 4 days per week

    • Travel :

  • The ability to travel between Wappingers Falls and Poughkeepsie is required.

    • Sign-On Bonus Details

  • Direct hires only.
  • $100 paid at hire.
  • $200 paid at 30 days.

    • $200 paid at 90 days.

  • $500 total sign-on bonus!
