Join us, as we invite applications for the Director of Merchandise Planning. Our team is seeking an innovative leader to be a key business partner to Merchandising and Planning & Allocation. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong cross functional partnerships; driving business results and inspiring a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. This is a hybrid role reporting into the corporate office in Plano Texas three days a week.

Responsibilities include :

• Strategic development and oversight of detailed seasonal financial plans that meet or exceed company financial objectives for sales, margin, inventory, and bottom line profitability.
• Lead, manage, train, and develop a team of Financial Planners.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and IT to achieve reporting, process, and execution of goals.
