We're hiring passionate, in-person Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for the 2025 / 2026 school year in the Phoenix, AZ metro areas. Job Locations : Phoenix, AZ and other various school districts across Phoenix Metro area, with opportunities in Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.

Compensation : Hourly : $60-$71

Weekly : $2400-$2,840

Position Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology

AZ Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate or ability to obtain

ASHA Certificate (not required for Clinical Fellowship Year)

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience with children / adolescents (preferred, not required)

Key Responsibilities :

Assess & identify students needing speech and language support.

Provide individual & group therapy using curriculum-based materials.

Develop & implement IEP goals to foster student success.

Create an engaging learning environment to promote communication and growth.

Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff.

Utilize alternative communication systems when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations.

Job Details :

Full-Time Contract Position - Hiring for the 2025 / 2026 school year

Schedule : 37.5 - 40 hours per week, aligned with the district's academic calendar

Caseload : 50-75 students
